Kenneth W. Freeman
Executive Chairman

Ken is Executive Chairman of Accellent Inc. and a Managing Director at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. Prior to joining KKR, Ken served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Quest Diagnostics Incorporated, the nation's leading provider of diagnostic testing, for nine years. From October 2005 through May 2007, Ken was Chairman and CEO of Masonite International, a KKR portfolio company. He continues at Masonite as Chairman of the Board.

Ken received a B.S. degree from Bucknell University, and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. He is a director of Accellent Inc., and Masonite International, a trustee of Bucknell University, and an Executive in Residence at the Columbia Business School. He is past chairman of the American Clinical Laboratory Association and served as lead director of TRW until it merged with Northrop Grumman Corp. in December 2002. Ken's writings have been featured in the Harvard Business Review and Strategy + Business.

Jeremy A. Friedman
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Jeremy Friedman brings more than thirty years of finance and operations experience to Accellent. Before joining Accellent, Mr. Friedman worked at Flextronics, where he held a number of senior executive positions including Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Chief Operating Officer of Flextronics Network Services and Senior Vice President of Finance for the Components division. Jeremy has broad based experience with entrepreneurial and start up environments as well as with multi-national, multi-billion dollar corporations. He has held senior leadership positions in manufacturing, telecommunication services, retail and international trading businesses. Jeremy has a bachelor's degree in religion from Haverford College, as well as an MBA from Harvard University.

Jeffrey M. Farina
Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Jeff has served as Accellent's Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer since June 2004. Prior to joining Accellent, Jeff worked in the Uniform Tubes Division of UTI, served as Project Manager, Engineering Manager and Vice President of Engineering over the course of 15 years. Jeff has also worked in the computer industry as a Product Engineer and Project Lead developing electromechanical devices. Throughout his career, Farina has been awarded device and process patents in diverse fields. He received BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.

William E. Howell
Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Bill brings more than thirty years of Information Services and Technology experience to Accellent in his role as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Bill has a strong reputation for managing global business units and implementing business-driven strategies in manufacturing, corporate, R&D and commercial environments. Before joining Accellent, Bill worked in the pharmaceutical industry including Eli Lilly & Co., Bristol-Myers Squibb Inc. and GlaxoSmithKline Inc. Bill received a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, as well as an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Tricia M. McCall
Senior Vice President - Human Resources

Tricia oversees all human resource functions for Accellent. Having joined the company in August 2007, Tricia has more than twenty-five years of human resources experience, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources with Health Dialog Services Corporation. Previously she was Vice President - Human Resources at ACMI Corporation and progressed through multiple human resources roles during her nineteen year tenure at Hewlett Packard Company's Healthcare. Tricia has as B.S. in Business Administration from Emmanuel College in Boston, MA.

Christopher A. Metcalf
Senior Vice President - Operations and Supply Chain

Chris joined Accellent in 2008, following a 19-year career with the General Electric Company, where he led engineering, operations and supply chain teams in GE’s Transportation, Healthcare and Enterprise Solutions businesses. Chris graduated from General Electric’s Edison Engineering and Corporate Audit Staff leadership development programs, before going on to create and lead global factories and operations in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Chris holds patents in process engineering techniques and is very experienced in the implementation and utilization of Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement principles and techniques. Chris received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.

Gerard Porreca
Senior Vice President - Corporate Quality, Regulatory and Endoscopy Business Leader

Gerard brings nearly twenty years of operational and quality experience to Accellent. Before joining Accellent, Gerard worked for Becton Dickinson (BD) serving as Director, Worldwide Quality Management for their Medical Surgical Systems division. Prior to joining BD, Gerard began his career with General Electric in 1989. He held positions of increasing responsibility in Operations and Sales, GE Energy Services. A certified Six-Sigma Master Black Belt, Gerard also coordinated the implementation of six-sigma training at General Electric's corporate headquarters operation. Gerard has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University.

Dean D. Schauer
Executive Vice President & Chief Customer Officer

Dean is responsible for all manufacturing engineering, new product development and product transfers within Accellent's worldwide operations. He also leads Accellent's Idea Centers where engineers perform early design and rapid prototyping services. Prior to his current position, Dean worked with MedSource Technologies for four years, completing his tenure there as Vice President of Engineering Services. Dean has a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from South Dakota Tech and is certified in Six Sigma methodology.

Ron Honig
Senior Vice President - General Counsel & Company Secretary

Ron joined Accellent in October 2008 from Gyrus ACMI, a leading supplier of medical visualization and energy systems, where he served as Vice President, Group Legal Affairs and Company Secretary for 7 years. Ron previously engaged in the private practice of law at the Boston law firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky, and Popeo, P.C., and earlier served as law clerk to the Supreme Court of New Hampshire and as Editor-in-Chief of the Boston University Law Review. Ron has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Systems Engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Ron received his law degree from the Boston University School of Law and holds Bar Memberships in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
